For any departure from an airport, providing your flight number (e.g., AF137, TO345…) allows us to identify your arrival terminal, track your flight in real time, anticipate delays, and adjust the driver’s arrival to ensure punctual and tailored service.
* If your departure is from an airport:
The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall, just after baggage claim.
They will contact you either by:
* Phone (if your line works in France)
* WhatsApp (install if needed)
* Meeting with a sign displaying your name (if requested)
Please turn on your phone and disable airplane mode upon landing.
• If your departure is from an address (home, hotel, etc.):
The driver will go to the indicated address and contact you upon arrival by phone or via WhatsApp.
* If your departure is from a train or bus station:
• Gare de l’Est: meet in front of the exit on the rue d’Alsace side.
• Gare Montparnasse: meet at 20 boulevard Vaugirard, next to BNP Paribas bank.
• For other stations: Gare de Lyon, Gare du Nord, Gare Saint-Lazare, Gare d’Austerlitz, and Gare de Bercy, either in front of the platform if the driver finds a parking spot, or the driver will indicate the meeting point by phone.
*For pick-up from the TGV station at Charles de Gaulle Airport, meeting point Terminal 2D “Dépose Minutes” (upper level, departures area near Gate 7).
